Shipping Within India
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping across India on all standard orders.
Dispatch Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Customized orders such as duvet covers and fitted bedsheets usually take 3–4 days to ship, as each piece is specially made and tailored to your preferences.
Delivery Timelines
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 working days
- Express Shipping: 3–4 working days (additional charges applicable)

Important Note on Express Shipping:
Express shipping timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Express shipping charges are non-refundable in case of delivery delays caused by courier or logistics partners, as such delays are beyond our control.
Order Tracking & Notifications
- Tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / Email once the order is dispatched.
- In rare cases where a tracking ID is not immediately available, you may contact our support team for shipment updates.
Delivery Attempts & Customer Availability
- Our courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts for each shipment.
- Orders cannot be canceled due to delivery delays or pending delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to:
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept the parcel
- Restricted access or unreachable contact number
The following options will apply:
Redelivery:
Redelivery can be arranged after confirmation, subject to additional shipping charges, if applicable.
Return to Origin (RTO):
If the shipment is returned to us after failed delivery attempts or rejection:
- Return shipping and handling charges will be deducted
- The remaining amount (if any) will be refunded as per policy
Important: Accurate Delivery Information
Please ensure that your delivery address, PIN code, and contact details are accurate at checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete details result in non-delivery:
- The customer will be responsible for both forward and return shipping charges
- Order cancellations will not be accepted at this stage
- Redelivery will be processed only after confirmation and payment of applicable charges

International Orders – No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided for international shipments in the following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer
- Package refusal by the recipient
- Failure to receive the shipment after three delivery attempts
- Customs delays, duties, or import restrictions
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

In-Stock Product Availability
While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, products marked as “in stock” may occasionally become unavailable due to stock fluctuations.
In such cases:
- Shipping may be delayed due to stock unavailability, or
- The order may be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose a replacement product of equal value from the same category, subject to availability.
- If the customer prefers not to wait due to extended delays or unavailability, we offer hassle-free cancellation with a full refund.
