When I contacted them they say its only for mirrors. Nowhere is it advertised like that.When questioned, they simply ignore your emails. STAY AWAY. I'm happy to share the email and whatsapp chain. You refused to acknowledge your mistake and choice to ignore me. I enquired about a custom version of the Jupiter oak mirror (wanted it to be wall mountable) and their response was incredibly quick, offerring to add french cleats for the wall mounting. They even charged me at the sale price that was running at the time, even though this was a custom order. Custom orders usually take 10 to 14 days, but when I asked on day 7 if it would be possible for me to have it by day 10 they worked extra hard to help me get it in time and delivery was made on day 9 already. Excellent customer survice! The result is a beautiful mirror that is perfect for our space.
